Müügitingimused
These terms of agreement apply between Scottest OÜ (hereinafter SELLER) and the Customer (hereinafter BUYER) in the online shop at www.scottest.ee
Sales agreements for the goods ordered by the Buyer are considered concluded once the BUYER has placed an order and the SELLER has received the order confirmation.
When browsing our products, please note that:
- Items are handcrafted, so no two pieces are identical in pattern alignment.
- Shipping is FREE within Estonia via Smartpost or Omniva, whichever you choose. If you select "I'll pick it up myself" we can arrange a meeting point somewhere in Tallinn if you're in a hurry and can't make it to Kotzebue street :-)
- Product prices include VAT.
- Product dimensions are listed alongside the item; additional info includes the parcel weight and approximate dimensions.
Adding items to the cart
Once you've found the item you want, click the product image, choose the quantity, and press the "Add to cart" button. After adding, the full cart contents open — you can review quantity and price there. Transactions are settled in euros.
If everything looks right, press the “Go to checkout” button.
While an item is in your cart and the purchase isn't finalised, it remains available to other customers too. If you're committed to your purchase, complete the order.
To do that, fill in the billing details.
All fields on the billing page must be filled in. If you're ordering for a company, fill them with the company's details. The more accurate the information, the more reliably the parcel will reach you!
If you'd like to pay by bank transfer, please pay for the order within 3 days, including the order number in the transfer.
The order only takes effect after the order has been paid for.
If the order is not paid for within three days, the order is cancelled.
Payment for goods
Transactions are settled in euros. Goods can be paid for by transfer to ScottEst OÜ's account.
For goods made to order, payment is in two parts — 50% of the price upon ordering and 50% before the goods are shipped to you.
Delivery of goods
As a rule, goods arrive within 2–3 business days from when the purchase amount is paid. If there's a delay in fulfilling your order for any reason, we'll get in touch with you.
Changing or cancelling an order, quality of goods
If you have already placed an order but want to change or cancel it, send an email to info@scottest.ee. Be sure to include the order number you want to change or cancel.
Returning goods
If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving it and return the goods unused. Please send the withdrawal notice along with the bank account number to which the refund should be transferred to info@scottest.ee.
If the goods reached you damaged, please let us know immediately at info@scottest.ee or by phone (+372) 56 46 04 11.
We will repair, replace, or refund defective goods in the amount you paid and cover the costs related to the return.
Security
Shopping in our online store is safe — your personal data (name, email address, phone number and postal address) is not shared with third parties; it is used only to fulfil your order and to handle order-related questions. ScottEst is the data controller of your personal data.
